I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Sharazad Oasis Retreat. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the heart of Jambiani village and nestled in a peaceful part of Zanzibar. I was pleasantly surprised to find Café Irene's Pantry only 1 km away, offering delightful options. My suite was bright and impeccably clean, plus the bed was incredibly comfortable. the food was delicious, and the staff provided attentive care, always going above and beyond to help throughout my stay.

I was amazed by the stunning landscape around the villas and pools at the resort. The rooms were bright and spacious, exceeding my expectations. I especially loved staying in the deluxe suite, which had two double beds, a separate bedroom, and three bathrooms. The natural wildlife, including monkeys, lizards, snakes, and small bugs. The food at the Vietnamese restaurant right on the beach was out of this world, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were unremarkable and very professional, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and stress-free vacation.

Amazing view and comfortable bed and mattress. Direct access to a beautiful beach with three pools.
Public beach with persistent sellers and muddy sand. Seaweed problem.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location was perfect - not too crowded and close to the village and beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the studio room was spacious and sunny. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with a good diversity in the breakfast options every morning.
Cannot find any fault.

Best beachfront location, beautiful bungalows with comfy beds and hammocks in private gardens. Direct access to the stunning white sand beach and clear blue water. The three pools were delightful and allowed for a refreshing swim. The menu at the restaurant was excellent, with delicious breakfasts and a good variety of dishes. The spa was a highlight, offering a range of relaxing treatments.
Worst customer service experience, unfriendly reception staff, and lack of assistance. Overpriced yoga classes with slow pacing.

The location of the hotel is great, with the beach and swimming pools providing plenty of places to relax. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good quality towels and sheets. the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is delicious, with a range of options available. the outdoor gym made from wood is a unique and interesting feature.
Some small service details could be improved, such as bringing milk with the coffee and automatically providing water at the table.
